- Preparing healthy & nutritious foods, snacks & herbal teas for the Mother (upon request)
- Light housework
- Support newborn & care
- Support with evidence-based information on breastfeeding, babywearing, sleeping, feeding, sexuality, etc
- Promoting self-care
- Herbal foot bath and gentle foot/leg massage (upon request)
- Birth debriefing & integration
- Available by phone and message from 9am to 5pm
